Buck Gobstopper is a heavy heavy bearing "crabpear" pear tree the deer go crazy over. This tree has a consistent and prolific drop time starting 1 October and ending about 10 November. However, I have bucks, does, turkeys, and foxes coming back to check this tree all the way up to 20 November. The pic with Buck Gobstopper mother tree completely dropped was on 30 November.
*This is a grafted tree on full standard seedling pear rootstock, chosen specifically to grow the tree as fast and large as possible. If there was a more vigorous rootstock out there, I would use it.
